I find this flavor to be the most reliable as it doesn’t get boring or old, it’s consistently refreshing every time. The tablets are effervescent, there are ten per tube which would make ten 16oz beverages. I buy the whole box of 8 at a time because of how well my body responds to liquid nutrition. Keep one tube in your backpack! If I’m ever at work during a super busy day and it’s been too long between meals, I pop a Nuun into my water instead of passing out (they’ve saved my life I mean it!) So I am constantly dehydrated, like I suck at drinking water...I pop one of these in a glass every morning and drink it and it's been really helpful to kick start my hydration and keep me a little less dehydrated every day. I love the (old and new) taste of these. they're easy to travel with as well - the tubes don't take up much space and are durable enough that the tablets don't get crushed in your bag. My husband works in a kitchen and often cycles to and from work...and we live in Texas. Drinking these each day has helped keep him hydrated and safe with all of the extreme temperatures, activities, and sweating that he does almost daily.
