How do you know when to move from Elementary to Middle school and so forth? Is it every time you answer a question right?

I work with high schoolers in sub-separate classes with low reading skills. Can they be read aloud or are they too long?

I work with low functioning high schoolers. Are the red or blue cards more appropriate?

can you buy the card separately ? I bought the blue level and don't want another game board.
