great quality, easy to use.
Love this mandolin. The quality is wonderful. Not plastic but strong metal. Just turn the dial and it gives you the exact degree of slicing you want or julienne. There's no need to continually change out blades. Get it....you won't be sorry. Good Luck.

Good mandolin.
Works good, nice and sharp.And very easy to operate.It's not as heavy-duty as my old one, I don't think it would be good for meats, however great for veggies!

Leaves shavings of black plastic in your food from the hand guard
This blade was sharp the very first usage. It seemed to feel more dull on second usage. I als noticed that shavings of black plastic were coming from the provided hand guard. I didn’t notice it until a large piece came off. Nobody likes to eat plastic!!!
