These inserts make such a difference to me when I run. I went to fleet feet and had a free foot scan done to determine my arch and corrections needed in my gait (pronation/supination etc) and they gave me this! Total game changer. Gives me great support and stability. It’s lasted over a year-a great value! (They also told me what brands of shoe was better for me which was also helpful…)

I've gotten 2 pairs of these now, one for each pair of my trail running shoes. They are amazing!! I use super lightweight running shoes but like to run on rocky and rooty trails and these insoles keep my feet feeling great. My running shoes don't come with removable insoles, so it was tricky to get these trimmed perfectly but once I did, they fit perfectly inside the shoes and still leave me plenty of room for wool running socks. I have had zero foot issues despite running long distances on some rough terrain. My older pair which I've likely put 300 miles on is still in great shape, the top layer with the writing and design is peeling off but that's not impacting the performance. Highly recommend if you spend a lot of time on your feet.

These insoles are perfect for my high arches and it does not put pressure on my cuboid bone that has arthritis in it. The ONLY downside is that I have to buy a new pair every month because the arch does not last long. I work 10 hour shifts 4 days a week. I walk on hard floors. Im on my feet 80% of the time. That means I pay around $650.00 a year for inserts. I’m hoping I can get my doctor to have inserts specially made that mimic these ones.

I have spent my entire life working and exercising on my very small flat feet that have almost no structure. I am a 65 year old, slim, athletic woman with Morton's neuroma and plantar fasciitis. I tried every style of Superfeet available on Amazon and this one works the best. I've been using them in all of my athletic shoes and my feet are SO much better: nearly pain free. They are like orthotics, but much cheaper, no doctor appointment needed, and they work just as well for me. The Superfeet half sole style is also good for dressier shoes and boots that do not have a removable inner sole.
