I bought this power strip to power lights over my nursery seedling tables. It worked well for my needs. The cord length was sufficient, it was easy to install as it's pretty much just plug and play. It had enough outlets to be really useful and having the top three spaced out more offered up flexibility when plugging in wider charge items. The size is nice and can be mounted to the wall if needed. We didn't use the USB ports so not sure on charging speed but it likely works as it should. Sturdy, heavyweight enough to stay put, and does the job!

I use this to double protect my computer equipment by surge protection while in use and switched off when not in use. Before ordering I was concerned the on/off switch might not be heavy duty but it seems to be decent quality (Will follow up on this after long term use). The metal housing is well made. It works very well for my use and the switch is in a convenient position for my needs. Overall, it's a very good value IMO.

Overall, a nice device and looks good in a garage and has plenty of outlets for connections including USB if I ever decide to use them but weren't really necessary for my use. We'll see how long it lasts but so far it functions well and looks good. Mounting the device was a bit challenging though as I was mounting it to a concrete wall and not drywall. The issue is that the holes for the mounting screws on the backside are inadequate in my opinion as it will only take a small screw-head, one for each side. So, from a design aspect and it being labeled "Heavy Duty" and assumed to be durable, this would be a weak point in design. After seeking alternative mounting options and the cost that would be involved just to get it mounted would probably be more than the device itself if you want it to look professional and be durable. So, my engineering mind went to work and observed the end wings on the device. Three of the wings were solid and one has a hole in it assuming to allow for a cord to be inserted. Once on the wall, I'm not sure if it the hole is practical or not but determined to be useless for my application. What I did was drill holes in the solid wings to utilize Tapcon screws for mounting into a concrete wall. Unfortunately, it took me longer to figure all this out to come up with this idea than it did to install it once I made the necessary modifications for installation. Once modifications were done, the whole process took me about 10 minutes to install including drilling the holes in the wall. Once installed, it's a beast and isn't going anywhere and no concern of it being pulled or falling off the wall. Even if I had been mounting to a drywall application, I would have still considered an alternative mounting process. This seems to be a common issue on just about any product made these days is the design and or parts supplied for installation not being adequate for longevity installation. So, most of the time, I use my own parts or modify the product so it will stay put.

Good purchase can be used outdoors for heavy duty power.

Very well built, outlet spacing is handy . Will buy more for the shop.
