THE TASTE IS SO GOOD! I FEEL MORE ENERGIZED AFTER DRINKING, THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT IS GREAT (NO BIG CLUMPS OF ANYTHING) IT'S A GREAT VALUE POINT CONSIDERING ALL THE "GOOD STUFF" THAT IS IN IT. IT DEFINITELY KEEPS ME GOING DURING THE DAY.

Helps to keep energy levels going through my workout. Great for recovery too. Havent had any bad flavors. They all taste good.

I don't want too much caffeine prior to a work out so this product is exactly what I was looking for. The taste is great - not too sweet at all. And the results are good! I find there is a noticeable difference with recovery and workout effectiveness when I use the product. The energy boost is not extreme at all but it definitely gets me moving. It caused no stomach upset what so ever. The powder dissolves quickly and completely. I only use it on work out days. It is also a great way to mix other unflavored powders like creatine in to it.

As a constantly tired mom (you know the feeling of waking up already exhausted!), I used to rely heavily on Red Bulls just to function. Once I found BCAA Energy, I completely switched—and honestly, this gives me a better energy boost than any energy drink ever did.How I Use It:I drink this either during workouts (I’m a bit of a gym freak) or just throughout the day when I need a pick-me-up. It works so well that for the longest time, I thought one scoop was a full serving—and I still felt great every time. I just recently realized that two scoops are actually one serving! But since one scoop has been working for me, I’ll probably stick with that and maybe go for two if I’m feeling super drained.Flavors & Taste:The flavors are all 5 stars for me. I’ve tried Pink Lemonade, Blue Raz, Green Apple, and Grape—loved them all! Blue Raz might be my favorite, but honestly, they’re all delicious. Just a heads-up: the flavors are very strong and sweet, so I usually mix mine in a large 40 oz Stanley cup or add extra water. That takes care of the sweetness and makes it really refreshing.Ingredients (Why 4 Stars):The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the ingredients. While it’s definitely a healthier alternative to energy drinks, it still contains Red 40, Acesulfame Potassium, and Sucralose. I try to avoid artificial ingredients as much as possible and pay close attention to what I put in my body, so I really wish they’d offer a cleaner version. The watermelon 🍉 flavor is my favorite: super refreshing and not too sweet. This is already my second purchase, and I never get tired of using it! I’ve also tried other flavors from the same brand and they’ve never disappointed me — they all taste great. Plus, it mixes perfectly in water with no clumps. Highly recommend!

Tastes great and does the trick. I have it with a scoop of Ekkovision Creatine and have catapulted my strength over the last 4-5 months!
