It was exactly as described and worked for my application. Easy to follow instructions unlike many things you buy. I did have to buy a couple of wire connectors that were missing.

Great for EFI Conversion
Needed a relay kit for my in-tank fuel pump. This comes with everything you need. Normal quality parts, nothing special, but functional. Priced well.
