The XL version fits my big head, and has a strap that goes around the head, with a soft strap that goes above the ears, but does not pull the ears forward like all other masks do. this relives the pressure on your ears, and allows for a snug mask fit to best protect you. the material is porous to allow for breathing. I use a disposable mask on the inside for better protection. This mask is great and suits my needs for comfortable masks.

I am a person who want to wear a regular medical mask whenever I go outside. I sill wanted to add a sun protection and medical masks cannot provide any. As other reviews say, this mask is definitely hard to breathe if you only wear this one. But when I cut out the elastic string in the back, and wear it on top of the medical mask, it solved the breathing issue, and I got great sun protection! Getting a large size (I knew it would be really large for my face) also helped since it gives enough room for the medical mask.

I loved this...it was just what I wanted. I usually wear the bandana style mask but wanted a shorter one for summer. I ordered the large and tried it on before washing just to be sure it fit. It was nice and loose, but it has the ear loops and nose wire, so it stays in place. Well, after I washed and dried it, I wore it and it was so tight that when I talked it was getting sucked into my mouth. It’s great quality and very pretty, but do not put in the dryer.

My first impression upon opening the package was that I had been shipped a training bra by mistake.It does fit over the face and head and covers the nose and mouth entirely, so technically it is a face covering.The materials used and the manufacturing technique is very similar to light weight undergarments.So, while it does more or less satisfy the item description I can't say that I'm particularly satisfied.I think that I will retain it so that at some point in the future I can show young people what a strange period this was when we thought strapping panties to your face would keep you safe. I'm going back to oversized bandanas, because with them I feel more like a bandit from a western, and less like a person wearing a training bra on my face.

Excellent face mask for sun protection. Fresh air comes in from the bottom of the mask with this short design. I hand wash mine frequently after wearing on a long walk.

I think I can trust Coolibar products for their UPF ratings but the quality of this one was so poor. I wore it a handful of times (and it barely covered my chin in a S/M though I have a small face) and it tore within 2 months! I washed it as directed in cool water with no drying.

I wear it often when I go outside in the intense Arizona sun. It's much cooler and more comfortable than any other type of mask I've worn, particularly the Covid masks. It's good to have a more comfortable mask I can wear strictly for sun protection. I've purchased several.

I previously bought one of these masks in the beige color, size small. I was happy with the fit and coverage. By now, it's looking a bit worn, so I thought I'd replace it with the fun "Warm Angelica Summer Swirl" color. Plus, that color was on sale. But when I received the item and tried it on, it barely covered my chin. I measured it and my old one, and found it definitely was shorter. It looked cute, but I'm returning it because it doesn't do what I need it to do.
