Great addition to bike rack
This was a perfect fit to my new bike rack, fit the bracket no issues. Well made plastic housing for the reflector and a bonus it also has an actual light to switch off / on on the side of it for night riding. Recommend this without hesitation!

They do the job as a tail light on our E-Bikes
We bought two Schwinn EC1 E-Bikes. Removed the rear red reflectors on both and replaced with these two tail lights. They are not as bright as I had hoped but they do the job. They also look good...

Batteries last a long time. Does not come with rechargeable batteries. Just uses regular batteries. Only has two modes. Either on or off. No patterns or sequences

No blinking settings. Can't fully seal when mounted without modifications
Very inexpensive, so being cheaply made isn't an issue. Mounting screws when installed prevent cover from closing all the way because of a couple plastic tabs that don't even need to be there. They brake off cleanly though and then it mounted and sealed perfectly fine.The LED IS red, and yes, the entire tail light DOES glow when it's on,and yes it's worth the damn near nothing it costs.Isn't humidity/condensation proof, so I painted on a little rubber cement to the black base rim where the cover meets it and let it dry to form something of a gasket when the reflective cover is put back on. It's not waterproof because of the switch, but didn't see any humidity condensation in it since I did that, and I'm sure it'll take a light drizzle or wet roads just fine now.It's a very low quality product, but considering the price with free prime shipping, and ease of modifying it into a more effective light, I'll give it 4 stars

Very bright but has some disadvantages
I installed this on my bike and realized that the luggage rack is shaped in such a way that it is difficult to access the light's on/off switch. I'd suggest checking your luggage rack prior to purchasing (i.e. will it be flush with the sides of the light or are the sides open?). Additionally, I would've liked for this light to have a flashing option, but it only has the one setting, which is a steady light.
