They're good enough.
I bought these to fit my home welder to an argon bottle in work and they both fit perfectly. One of them had an abrasive surface on the inside though. It shouldn't affect how they work but I'm not sure why they were different.

Right hand thread
I bought this to attach to my gas bottle valve...every fitting I have used is left hand (reverse thread) not this one it's 3/8 but the wrong thread.

One-piece construction
Note that these connectors are one-piece construction - the nut does not rotate about the spigot. That may or may not be an issue, depending on your application.
