AWESOME SYSTEM, WORKS GREAT AND IT IS SUPER QUIET. THIS UNIT COOLS MY WHOLE HOUSE WHICH IS ABOUT 1500 SQUARE FEET. INSTALLATION IS EASY IF YOUR A HANDY PERSON. JUST REMEMBER EVEN THOUGH IT'S PRE-CHARGED YOU STILL NEED TO EVACUATE THE LINE WITH A VACUUM PUMP.

I love it, when it works
I love it, when it works. .. I have had repairs constantly with this machine. Erik is who I deal with also. Evidently there's only 2 techs that can provide support and they are swamped to the point that I've been tryng to get parts for at least 5 months with no success. I think he was trying to cover it under warranty, maybe when we started this particular repair, LAST WINTER, it would have been lol I bought mine in 2014 too & get that same EC code. Won't heat or cool and hasn't worked in 6 months. Can't get the department to send my HVAC guy parts, it's crazy! They've been unresponsive and say they are overwhelmed. Finally got some sincere response yesterday but no word or follow up today. Very unfortunate because when it runs, it runs great. I love the concept and having 2 zones. Guess I'm going to have to get a back up plan. We've been calling, trying to get it fixed since winter because it wouldn't heat and here we are hitting 93 this weekend and it still isn't fixed. Very disappointed and upset. I wouldn't buy it again, much less deal with thermospace.com I'll be contacting the BBB as well. Not happy. Just send my guy the parts already.

Not Worth It--Terrible Customer Service
When the unit works, it's great! But, we've had issues with it. We need a new part. Whenever we call we either a) get no one and no one will return your call or b) get the manager who is a complete jerk and has no intention or desire to help any one. He's very rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. The whole process has been very frustrating and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. And conveniently enough, their BBB page has been "under construction" for months so you can't see any other reviews on them... sounds fishy.

00 labor wasted on a junk unit and thermocore won't return any ...
Purchased 4 units, one lasted 3 weeks and quit, fail codes. 8 months of calls to the company to finally release the parts needed to repair, sent wrong parts twice. Unit still not operating and changed near every part in it. Ac tec guy won't work on it anymore. Got the parts warrantied but no labor. $804.00 labor wasted on a junk unit and thermocore won't return any calls or Emails. I have been had by this poor company. No relief, no care. Just go away and don't call us. No positive recommendation coming from me.

Purchased through their website. Ran for 1.5 years. Does not heat or cool now. Zero customer support. One technician who's voice-mail box has been full for the last month. No response via email or phonecalls. No local Hvac technicians will work on this Chinese made product which offers no technical support or parts that can be sourced stateside. Check the BBB for this brand and business. Stick with better known brands. I'm out 1600 for a lesson learned.

Customer Service is the worst I have ever encountered anywhere.
I bought a T1 EProduct worked well for 3 yrs. Outdoor control board went bad and I needed a part. Hah! 4 weeks later, I still have no part and they don't even answer my calls because they recognized my number. I know everyone by name and don't even try to get Sean to call back!!!!! The owner Erik doesn't answer emails and the poor secretary..... I feel sorry for her. Don't buy these products!!!!!!! And don't expect customer service.

Unit worked for one month before displaying EC code technical support tried telling me that it had a leak. The system had been leak tested with nitrogen then charged with a factory charge there so called tech department guru then tried telling me to use leak detected oil in which I did so and still found no leak the unit worked for about another two weeks and got the EC code again they now have set unit back so they supposed to bleed can diagnose what is wrong with unit before they will return my money will never purchase one of these units again or would I recommend anyone else using this fly by night company that is only a distributor of these units out of a warehouse in Oak Park Michigan
