Excellent!
Cable has 4 wires which makes it a higher quality cable not just for telephone but for other applications such as Apple LocalTalk networking which is what I bought it for. Excellent product! Thanks!!

Works for Radar Detector (Valentine One)
The supplied cord with the V1 was a little short for me to do a concealed run thru the headliner and trim panels, so needed something longer. The one I got from local Office Depot could not properly power the unit. The V1 WOULD manage to power up, but barely, and everytime a signal needed to be beeped it would whine down, and then would lumber thru power cycle to get back on. Almost felt like the cord was just not supplying enough power. This one though, seems good. V1 powers on readily, and no issues with tracking and notifying multiple signals.

Get the Right Size Cord
It works well with my old landline phone. I’m glad I bought the longer cord because the shorter one would not have worked.

Powered subwoofer line connection
Appears to be reverse wired but it went into my Cambridge Soundworks P1000 subwoofer fine and it is working properly. Only replaced original because the squeeze clip tab broke off by accident. Me stepping on it. So the signal from the equalizer to the sub works as expected. UPDATEDIt’s not a reverse wired hook up . I made a mistake in viewing the wire so if you use it for what I needed it for go with the straight wire version.
