We use various types of salt in the kitchen to include pink Himalayan salt as well as coarse and fine sea salt.Overall, the Fleur De Sel De Guerande has become our go to favorite finishing salt. The texture is perfect, the flavor is perfect! It brings out the best in dishes we prepare.
