Hard to use and even harder to get good results. It's really too small for my huge old windows. Not a solution for me.
Hard to use. If you drop it, it may crack or break. Mine looks pretty bad after only an hour of use. I would never recommend this to anyone as it is too hard and frustrating to use. One video I saw shows it being used on a patio door. Please explain to me why you would use this on a patio door? The only real reason to use this is when you have windows that aren't easily accessible, however using this item will take lots of practice, and even more to get good results. I had quite a problem getting this thing to work at all and I was unimpressed. I resolved nearly immediately that I would never have the patience to use it. It is really too small to do much of a good job on my large old windows.

Excellent Product; highly recommended!!!
This product is fantastic!!!! I had my doubts at first but after using the item (after finding a YouTube video on how to use) it was extremely easy and very, very good at cleaning the windows both inside and out. The magnets are extremely strong so you do need to watch your fingers because it will smash them pretty good if your not careful. About the only thing I wish was included would have been some written instructions on how to use with a reference to a YouTube video to give you the basic idea. Also, I suggest you use dish a couple of drops of dish detergent as indicated in some of the YouTube video's and dunk then fully in you solution so that the sponge on both sides of each half if fully soaked. The detergent really helps with sliding the device easily across the window and does an excellent job of cleaning the windows.

Pleasantly surprised
I found this item very easy to use without the need to look for directions elsewhere. I used a bucket of hot water and Squeegee Off window cleaner as opposed to spray cleaner. I bought it for the pain in butt windows on the second floor that you can't clean with the window open, or without a ladder, or some sort of precarious squeegee on a pole that never gets the windows clean enough. It took a tiny bit of time to get the hang of it but it really did work like a charm once I got the hang of it. I have some double pane windows and some older single pane windows and purchased the green one with the hopes that I could use it on both. It was a little more difficult to use on the double pane windows. I eventually got it to work but had to move it VERY slowly in order to avoid it from falling off. Also, with the nonstop rain and wind we had in So. Cal this year, there was a lot of dirt on the windows. Your first pass will be to get the existing dirt loose so I suggest that the outside half is more wet than the inside (also, you'll just make a mess on the inside if it's too wet). The next pass will be easier and if needed, a final pass will make it sparkle. And once you get the hang of it, there won't be any streaks. I knocked off a star for the little holder thingies that keep the white fabric in place. They get knocked off somewhat easily but you just gently twist it back into place and move on with the chore. I am planning on buying the red version for thicker windows. My guess is that it will work just fine since I sorta managed to get the green one to work on a window that it wasn't meant for.I actually find myself smiling when I look out of my clean windows that I have literally battled with for the last 7 years since I moved in. I definitely recommend it.

Not Working with Film-tinted Window
It won’t work with my film-tinted window because it would not move smoothly, scratching the films in the process. In general, the magnetic mechanism as a bonding solution does not provide bonding strength adjustment therefore may not work for a lot of windows in different situations.

Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money. This product just doesn't work. The magnets are definetly strong when you have the two sides together. But once I put a window between them they wouldn't stay together for very long. The outside unit kept falling off (thank goodness for the saftey string). The instructions that came with it were horrible and funny as it's clear english wasn't the instruction writer's primary language. I did have to research how to use this product on Youtube, but couldn't find a video that wasn't in chinese. But the video was still helpful in that you could watch how to affix the product to the window and what motion to move it. It did a horrible job at cleaning the window when it did stay on, but usually after about 2 or 3 seconds the outside unit fell off the window.

This product worked great for our lanai windows
This product worked great for our lanai windows. We have a wall containing four 5ft wide, 9ft high sliding doors. These are not accessible to be cleaned from the outside, however it was easy for us to do both sides from the second floor lanai. With no experience we cleaned both sides of the four very large doors in about an hour and a half, saving the normal $150.00 cleaning fee. It will go more quickly next time. I cannot vouch for this product if you do not have easy access to both sides of the glass so that you can place the cleaning head on the outside of the window from the inside. I would highly recommend this system for a similar situation as ours.

Recommend for single sheet of glass window
This company did a 50% goodwill refund when their product would not work on my windows.

Does not work on double pane windows
The reality is that this unit does not work on double pane windows. The magnet is not strong enough (it is a strong magnet) to bridge the gap between two panes with an air space between. There are not that many single pane windows left out there.
