A little hard to assemble but it’s worth it for the remote control ability!

Not what we expected and lost half the cost with a refund, very disappointed. We hooked it up but never “used” it. It was considered used so make sure it’s what you hoped for before hooking it up.

Designed to be installed on the right side of logs. I was able to install on the left side by rotating the 45 degree elbow. It mounts upside down but you can still install the heat shield.

One part of was defective, but after contacting customer service, they where fast to ship out a replacement. Everything is working great now!

Not used to high gas bills. Only used this system one month and mostly at night for a few hours and cold weekends for TV and sports and politics, and for one month only.Anyway my normal gas bills are 20/30 dollars per month and winter normally 80.00 with forced air heating system.With this new fireplace and pilot system it went up to 356.00 first month. I immediately shut it down.I am now doing research and diagnostic..Beware and alert,and ask all your questions reqarding fuel efficiency prior to purchase.. Very important!! I’m Looking to warranty this item for replacement /refund or just take it out completely..Not happy.

Very, very disappointed in this item. The remote seldom works at all. For the money I expected a better product. Scroll past this remote and keep searching. I’m sure there is a better starter out there. If it weren’t such an issue to take out, I’d return it for a refund.
