This is just like a lot of the other scratch art projects out there. Scrape away the lines that make up the design to reveal colors underneath. I love to do these in my spare time because they really are beautiful when complete if you take your time and have a steady hand.

My order was missing the brush, pen and stick and the scratch board was shaped like the letter “U”. How do I get a refund?

My video kind of explains a lot of it, but this is some thing that I absolutely enjoy doing, years ago I had purchased some of these, but they had the foil background and I’ve never seen one with the colors and I was kind of skeptical at first, but I am so glad I purchased this because it is absolutely gorgeous!! When you scratch away the waxy coating and reveal all these beautiful colors, you have a gorgeous picture to hang on the wall when you’re done! This particular picture does have a lot of little bitty dots to reveal and what I would suggest, is when you see a little tiny spot, make like a circle around it with the scratcher pen, and then it’s easier to uncover the areas around it. And if you mess up, like if you scratch away an area in the background, that’s not supposed to be scratched off, the instructions give you some tips that you can take a black sharpie and just cover over that, but I did have some goofs, and when I did that you can really see where the black sharpie mark is. So I would suggest getting some black matte acrylic paint and I think that would work a lot better because the black background is kind of a matte appearance. This also comes with some really nice tools a pen that has two ends. One is a plastic pointed end and it’s very very sharp, and the other end is a metal pointed tip and it has a cap over it just for safety because it’s very sharp as well and I particularly like both ends, but I found myself using the plastic and more. It also has a little brush so you can brush away the tiny waxy bits as you scratch them off, which I think that’s pretty nice. I would totally recommend this anybody, it’s great therapy and if you have a pretty steady hand, I think a lot of people would enjoy this. I absolutely love it and I’m going to be purchasing more of them. I just don’t have a lot of wall space to hang them.
