Relieves air pressure discomfort with the exclusive CeramX filter. Reduces harsh noise. Drug free. World's #1 seller. Tested by U.S. Navy Pilots. Approved by flight attendants. Safe, comfortable, disposable. Soft hypoallergenic, latex-free silicon. This pack contains one pair of disposable EarPlanes good for one round-trip flight. Also great for mountain driving. Noise Reduction Rating: 20 decibels when used as directed. The range of noise reduction ratings for existing hearing protectors is approximately 0 to 30. (Higher numbers denote greater effectiveness.) Review: Saved flying for me, works like magic - While takeoff was okay, I have always experienced pretty bad ear pain during landing on flights. My ears would also remain blocked for days after landing. My ears have a tendency to produce excess wax that doesn't get removed, and I suspect this is where the problem comes from. It got so bad that I didn't fly for over 2 years to avoid it. Earplanes has changed everything. I put them in before taking off, leave them in for the flight, and take them off after landing. It works like magic. I hardly feel anything, and my ears remain unblocked with no pain. This has saved flying for me as I can now go on flights comfortable. Although they recommend a new pair after 2 flights, I have used them for much longer and have not had issues. Just keep them in the plastic case. Putting them on is easy and they don't feel uncomfortable at all. Review: comfortable - these work great, use them every time i fly

Flying live saver!
I always read reviews before I make purchases. I read the most recent ones and the negative ones. Firstly, I hate flying to begin with, I just have an irrational fear so add in the ear pain and I just try to avoid air travel at any cost. I recently had to take 4 flights for a trip to and from North Carolina to northern Massachusetts, these absolutely saved my ears!!! I put a pair in before take off and took them out once we landed and each pair twice without any issues. My ears did not pop during any of the flight durations and I did not experience any pain or fullness during or after. They do feel weird when you put them in for the first time but after that, you adjust and it’s fine. The silicone is very soft and flexible, the adult size fit just fine for me. I will not go on another flight without these on hand!!

Very Helpful but not 100% Fix
I have terrible issues with just one ear when I fly. The usual remedies - yawn, swallow, hold your nose and blow, etc. - do not work for that ear. The "problem" ear will not only get stopped up during flights, but will develop extremely painful pressure (feels like eardrum will burst), and will remain stopped up for a couple of days after travel. It's so bothersome I have contemplated avoiding air travel and have seen an ENT (diagnosis is more narrow than usual eustachian tube on that side) . To say I am desperate for relief is an understatement. I ran across an advertisement for EarPlanes and decided to give them a try - why not, right? I tried them out on a recent vacation that involved a short flight to a connecting hub (<2 hour flight) and then a longer flight to Europe (9 hour flight). I wore the EarPlanes plugs from the time the airplane door closed until reaching cruise altitude, and then again for the last hour of each flight until the door was opened (and same on return flights). While I still had some residual after-flight blockage in the problem ear (cleared in 24 hours), I did NOT have the excruciating pressure that I have experienced in the past. So, while not 100% relief, this was a vast improvement and I will continue to use this product. As an FYI, because these plugs fit snugly in your ears, hearing PA announcements in the plane is difficult and using earbuds while using the plugs is impossible. I do not have over the ear headphones, so I cannot comment on how those work with the EarPlanes plugs. If you have issues with painful ears during air travel, I'd definitely recommend giving this product a try.

Great pain relief due to cabin pressurization
I don’t get on an airplane without them! I had developed terrible ear pain when flying, particularly during landing due to the pressurization in airplane cabins. I put one in each ear when seated until captain turns off the seat belt sign and again prior to descent. Very important: Read the directions carefully on how to insert the Earplanes and when. These have eliminated the pain for me and they also allow me to hear more clearly when deplaning. I’ve recommended them to others with the same problem. It works. Great product!

Amazing! Definitely get!
These were amazing! I have ménière’s disease which is an inner ear disease that’s awful. I have tinnitus pressure hearing loss list goes on, naturally I haven’t been on a plane in 9 years in fear of it making my disease worse! I got a recommendation to try these for my flight as they help with the pressure of take off and landing. I inserted them on our way to the run way and didn’t take out until cabin door opened (4-5 hour flight one way) and when I took them out NOTHING! No pressure, no pain, no increase of ringing. It was as if I never was on an airplane. I was so happy and pleased my vacation wasn’t ruined. I will buy these for every single flight now.

Recommended for people who face pressure issues and ear pain while travelling on planes. To be worn throughout the flight. Worked really well. Highly recommended

I have used Earplanes for my last two holidays and have found them to be brilliant, I have suffered for years with the pain of cabin pressure changes and it has also left me unable to hear very well for days on end ruining some holidays, since using these I have had absolutely no pain or hearing loss at all. The box is a little large for what is inside so I just carry the little round plastic tub they come in to free up some space in my hand luggage Great product and worth every penny!

I used these ear plugs on a flight as I suffer with vertigo and was informed that ear plugs help stop an attack during flying. I found the ear plugs of good quality and very comfortable. They did block out a good amount of noise and I didn’t have any dizziness during the flight and on returning.
