No it doesn't include stopper as stopper - it includes the pop-up drain parts as shown in the picture

What is the diameter of the holes in the strap?

I didn’t have a need to measure those when I installed them. But they were big enough for the rod to easily slide thru that operates the pop up feature. They are actually better made than we’re the original ones, so I replaced both of them. That was probably a year ago and there were never any complaints.

Will this fit a Hansgrohe pop up drain?

This should work with most ball rod style pop-up drains

Think I only need a new rod with the ball on it. It didn't have teflon or screw part. My hw store is 40 miles away. Would this work?

This is a bundle of pop-up drain repair parts - the rod is threaded style and comes with teflon tape to wrap on threads (important to wrap it properly between the ball and rod overlapping threads to avoid leak) - then you can choose the ball that is closest to your existing ball.
