TracFoneSamsung Galaxy A12, 32GB, Black - Prepaid Smartphone (Locked)

I've been researching new 4G cellphones for at least 6 months in anticipation of replacing my Samsung Galaxy J3 Luna Pro which I've had since 2018. Great phone, just would no longer hold a charge and couldn't handle some newer apps I wanted. So about 10 days ago I downloaded Samsung Smart Switch on both phones and transferred everything I needed from the old phone to the new. Smart Switch is a wonderful tool if you take your time and deliberately go through the process. So I've been using my new Samsung Galaxy A12 for 10 days now and am very pleased with it's performance. Battery life is great. Just charged this morning after 3 days of use and now have 2 days and 2 hrs power to go on. I don't use my phone for public email and I don't do Facebook on it either. I'm not a big social networking person. I use my desktop at home for those things. So for primarily talk, text and apps for convenience the phone seems to be exactly what I hoped it would be. It's definitely bigger and heavier than the old phone, but that's all that's available so I'll adjust. The larger screen is nice and the camera takes beautifully sharp pictures! I'm happy with my purchase.

I bought this phone to use with an app called HEALY, and it works beautifully. No problems, and excellent battery life not to mention a super camera.

I was scared with ordering from Amazon because its not easy to return if damaged etc but phone is in good condition and works perfect also a12 i was skeptical on if the phone its would lag but i havent had that problem yet and works fast also GOOGLE ASSISTANT DOESNT WORK WHEN THE SCREEN IS OFF IT WILL WORK ON LOCKSCREEN BUT YOULL HAVE TO WAKE THE LOCKSCREEN FOR ASSISTANT not like siri that would wake the phone on lockscreen (meaning phone on but screen is in sleep mode. black) also phone is big but i like it also camera quality is like a 7 plus its android so receiving video are very poor quality hopes this helps when picking ur next phone

Nice phone, but way too many games and garbage stuff which i had to uninstall. Well made, thin. Had problems with the face-recognition and finger print recognition, so i have to type in the 4-ddigit code every time I want to use it.

I got this to take pictures. I'm not happy with it and I really don't like the phone. The volume and on off buttons are to close together

I purchased this phone recently for my husband to use. When I bought an iPhone, I gave him my old Samsung phone, and after 5 years of service, that one broke. So, I ordered this phone for him. He didn't care about the features on the phone - he said he just needed to be able to make a call or answer a call. He is happy with it. I enjoy using his phone for Google news and the neighborhood site - I like it better than my iPhone for this purpose. All, we are both happy with the phone.

This feature has been removed on the USA Samsung Galaxy A12 phone, as well as all third-party call recording apps are prevented from recording the other party's audio. I even tried using a simple audio recording app while using the speakerphone and still no recording. This is very disappointing and I regret buying this phone and will not purchase another Samsung in the future. I live in a state with a legal right for one party to consent to record phone calls. As an elderly person with declining eyesight and memory the automatic call recording app was extremely useful as it would record medical appointments, directions, addresses, phone numbers and instructions without having to find a pen and paper and ask the caller to repeat everything over and over again. I will try and leave a bad review on as many websites as possible to warn people not to buy a Samsung if they expect to use a call recording app.

Bought this to replace a broken one, have no issues at all, works fine for me. I don't spend all day on my phone like other people, so it is good for me. No problems connecting to wifi, no problems transferring data or using apps, battery lasts a while and it charges quickly. Just bought another one for my son, he is also happy with it and spends more time using his phone than I do.
