It works
This works well to cut rolled pasta sheets. So much better than the fold and cut method- for me. Roll out the dough to desired thinness and they push the cutter from one end to the other. I use the last cut when aligning for the next pass-- keep the dough floured so it won't stick and roll along.

Great noodle cutter!
This little cutter is awesome! It's so much better than the plastic cutters that I have broken. I just rolled out the noodles, let them dry a bit, and whizzed right through the dough. Clean, even cutting! Great "present" for me!

Worth it!
Very easy to use. Just hard to wash but that’s because I hand wash everything. Fellow Hmong people, if you love khapia def worth the money! To me I like my noodles thicker so it didn’t work well if dough is thick.. Overall it works!

Great cutter
I’ve finally found a great cutter that actually works, I’ve been making homemade noodles for over 25 years and have used a plastic cutter, it wasn’t easy because the handle would always break so I just used it without a handle. I also tried different metal ones but they just didn’t cut very well, I decided to try one more time and bought this one, it cuts so smooth I was in shock, lol . I’m very very pleased with this purchase. I highly recommend it.

does not cut through dough completely
this is nice if you are willing to cut the dough with a knife or sharper object (pizza cutter) after. its not terrible but doesnt really do what its supposed to do. if there is a way to sharpen the blades then this would be perfect

Pasta Perfection... And here is our recipe!
Use it on a hard and flat surface like a granite countertop or slab.Makes perfect fettuccine. All pieces come out evenly, no dough wasted. It cuts just the right depth, so you can separate individual pieces easily. Make sure your work surface is flat and well floured.Pasta for 2:2 cups of "00 flour" (240 gram)2 large eggs2 table spoons of olive oilPinch of salt2 table spoons of mineral water if needed (during kneeding)Put all flour on surface, make a vulcano, in the crater pour eggs, olive oil, salt. With a fork whisk the flour into the crater - going around in circles. When you have half your flour mixed in, start hand kneeding for 10 minutes. Add water if needed (not exceeding the two table spoons). Make 3 balls, put them in a ziplock bag in the fridge for 15 minutes. After that roll out the dough on a floured surface, the dough should be eventually max 2mm thick. Pour some extra flour onto the flat dough, so its extra non sticky.Now use this awesome cutter. Hang pasta pieces evenly on the edge of a pan or strainer. Put in boiling water for 3min. Serve! Perfect Pasta!!

Doesn't roll, drags pasta
I really don't like leaving negative reviews and rarely ever do, but after trying this item a few times I felt the need to leave this one. Unfortunately, this item does not work. It doesn't roll even one full rotation. Instead it gets stuck and just drags the pasta with it. I tried rotating it by hand to see if maybe it just needed warmed up manually, but it's hard to even get it to turn one rotation by hand. I was very excited about this item, and it sadly just isn't well made and isn't usable.
