COSWEWomen's Solid Color Lace Asymmetrical High Low Corset Skirt

I'm giving this 5 stars because it's good for a halloween costume and it's a fair price, however this skirt is not particularly well made, and the fabric is sort of cheap quality. This is definitely a costume piece, not a fashion piece.I purchased the large because the sizing implied I should, and items from China usually run small. I am a USA size 4, with a 26 inch waist and 35 inch hips. The large is a bit loose (I could have done a medium) but it *does* stay up, it's just not as tight as I expected.The skirt is longer than I thought - which I consider to be a good thing! I am 5'8'' without shoes, and about 5'10'' with shoes on. I thought this might be a tad too short, since so many costumes are designed to be sexy. But the front section sits just above my knee, so this is really a normal length skirt with a long rear section. I paired it with a corset top and wore it for a Phantom of the Opera theme halloween party. It worked great for my needs.

Fit nice. The only complaint is, the zipper. It didn't stay zipped. Would be better perhaps if the skirt was a slip on. No zipper. Just pretty bounce. Material is nice. Can't beat it for the price.

I'm 5'2" / 240 lbs and usually wear XL or 20W. I got the XXL based on other reviews. I probably could have lived with the fit, but there is no button or hook-and-eye closure at the waist and I was worried that the zipper would not stay zipped.The look of the skirt is very cute. The material is like you see in costumes, but I expected that, given the price. The length in the front is sexy, without being too revealing, and the length in the back is about mid-calf on me. The material flows well and is comfortable. With the lace, the ruffles, and the cut, I can see using it for a variety of costumes (steampunk, vampiress, pirate, can can dancer, bar maid, etc.). I highly recommend this piece if you like to play dress-up!I have returned the XXL and ordered a size larger. When it arrives I will post a review on the fit.

I am 5''2 and 185lbs usually wear a 16/18 pants/jeans and I purchased this in the 2x and it fits nicely the waist has a little stretch(but not much) I did not have to unzip to slip it on over my hips, the lace seems soft and not itchy. the front is a little longer than I would have liked on my short frame it comes down to my knees I do like the longer length in the back. It seems to be good quality although I have not worn it only tried it on it took a while to arrive but it was totally worth the wait for the reasonable price

I love this skirt, it works perfectly for my pirate costume. Material is good as well. I normally wear a medium, I have a 28"waist in pants, but the reviews said it runs small. So i ordered the large and it fits me perfectly. It has a zipper in the back and a little stretch to the waistband.

The design appearance is nice. Love the layers good fabric quality for the price (black fabric isn't the best but falls well). It was a bit large/ loose. The main issue I had was that it is designed to poof out at the hips giving a rounded about the waist appearance. The layers are sown together on the back down the zipper/ seam fyi. Wouldn't buy again, it is not terrible and I did get one use of out it.I plan to buy another skirt before the next outing that requires similar attire which says it all.

I want to pair a skirt with a well-made corset for a renaissance fair, and was hoping this would be a heavier material than the shiny, polyester material, and thin, organza overlay this is made from. It is very costume-like in appearance and feel, which was a disappointment.Lesson learned: $20 will buy you a plastic bag containing a wrinkly, un-ironable, black, flappy, poof to cover your nethers.

Ugh. There's tint red fabric on the dress that's supposed to mimic glitter I guess. It got EVERYWHERE on my bed and clothes. I'll have to use a lint roller for so many things. So annoying. It doesn't even come out in pictures or else I would've shared. I'm 105 pds 5'6 and the small like just fits. And xs would've been better. The waist band stretches a little.
