Stoppers: Photographs from My Life at Vogue

As a fashion/beauty photographer myself, I was so excited to get lost in these images...but to my delight, there were the most amazing stories to accompany some of the fascinating images from some of the greatest fashion photographers we've ever been blessed with! How often do we find ourselves saying "Oh, to be a fly on the wall during this shoot." Well, this book doesn't disappoint! We get a first-hand account of what it's like to be on set with one of the greats and a bit of a look into their psyche. It's truly fascinating.

To be honest, I havevt cracked it yet. Tge cover is fabulous though!

Of all the Vogue books, this one reveals the magazine at its most creative. Poznick's vison is original. The collection of photos here are the ones that I plucked from the pages of Vogue and plastered over my desk for inspiration. Color saturated shots and use of of negative space....completely new. Dazzling, diabolical, and wildly romantic viewpoint. And I will always love "Football Face"!Dennis Kyte

Gorgeous book. Great quality paper, small annotations/quotes throughout. It’s something I definitely want to have in my collection as a photographer.As a side note, I’ve been reading it occasionally and always been gentle with it but about 6 months into its life, the binding has started to come apart at the seams. Unfortunate...
