Thank you for your question! We recommend only using our callus remover gel in order to remove calluses when there is a build up of calluses as it is a caustic solution. Using the solution on areas with no calluses may damage healthy skin. Please reach out to us if you have any other questions and we will be happy to assist. :)

Q: It seems that the gel is hard to remove from tube. How to remove easily?

Hello and thank you for your question! Please note that the foam safety seal must be removed before the gel can easily be removed. If the seal has already been removed you should be able to squeeze the bottle for easy removal. However, if you are still having trouble and are not satisfied with the product please reach out to us for a 100% refund.
