What happened to vacuum port like on the kreg k4 i have seems missing on 520pro?

The 520PRO does not have a dust port.

Unfortunately you cannot cut plugs with this unit. This functionality is only available with the KPHJ720 or KPHJ720PRO.

What degree angle are the holes?

The Kreg Jig 520Pro will make a pocket-hole that is set at a 15 degree angle.
