Great quality and easy to replace on my headset. Instructions were perfect for guiding me though the process.

Jabra over-ear headset earpad replacement success!
The earpads had deterioted to be flaking off onto my ear on the Jabra headset. This 2 pair replacement was a good fit and easy to replace once I had peeled off the original pads.

Work and fit perfectly
Came in a non-descript zip lock bag but the pads do the job. I hope they hold up considering the design flaw of the original and my be even these ones. Design flaw being the rubber and the fake leather done is so thin. It's not surprising it failed on the original pads.
