Q: I see a tube will make 99'xd1/8" beads but how much is recommended between each fire brick? I am building a fire bit and wonna to know how much i need

I would not use a masonry mix. I have refractory shapes inside my outdoor pit and the stone around and on top was mortared together using standard mortar. It has cracked over the years (lasted maybe 4 years) and I'm in the process of replacing the joints and adhering the brick back together. I am using this to fill in the larger cracks and I used Rutland 610 Refractory Cement to bond the stone to the refractory shapes. Going this route is your best bet. You could just use the Rutland 610 Refractory Cement with a 1/16" dip and the bond will work.

Q: can it be painted with the Rutland 1200 * stove paint

No, it's specifically for a fireplace and no other uses and is not paintable

Q: Does this work with outdoor fire pits? Like in between the cracks of the brick.

I'm not an expert, however, I believe it will work.

Q: Will this adhere to previously installed Fire Block?

As long as the place you're applying it to is free of debris, this should stick well. It is a thick consistency, so it doesn't really run or sag. I recommend having a small putty knife handy for spreading.
