Grill Mates Hamburger seasoning is made with our hyrogenated soybean & cottenseed oil and there are no added sulfiting agents. It does still contain sugar. ~ Erica SALT, TOASTED ONION, SPICES (INCLUDING BLACK PEPPER AND CHILI PEPPER), RED BELL PEPPER, SUGAR, GARLIC, GRILL FLAVOR (FROM SUNFLOWER OIL) AND NATURAL FLAVOR
