Q: When will the purple and teal be available in medium or large again?

I feel the manufacturer would be able to handle this question regarding when this will be in stock.

Q: Why don’t they have a black in the XL?

We're currently out of stock in our black x-large.

Q: Just received new collar and the small tag holder is missing. How do I get a replacement?

My recently purchased collar (November 2019) didn't have the small tag holder either where previous versions of this collar did. It looks like they updated the design so that there is now a small hole on the buckle to hold tags. It sounds like some people were having issues with the small tag holder breaking so they must have changed the design.
