Does it dry quickly and is it streak free?

It drys fast, on tile no streaks on hardwood it’s not completely streak free. It all works best when it’s fully heated and drys faster. Have to say I absolutely love it and you will be shocked at what comes off your floors the first cleaning.

Can this steam mop be used on laminate floors? The ad does not mention them specifically. Will it damage laminate floors?

From what I’ve been reading you should never use steam mops on laminate or LVP. It voids the warranty, but check with the manufacturer just in case.

Why won't this steamer turn on when i lower the handle?

A filter replacement is probably needed. If the mop still fails to produce steam, the spray tips are probably clogged. If you have hard water, the calcium can clog them and they need to be cleaned and opened.
