I upgraded to this model from a lower one and I've been very happy so far. It's simple to use, all the different components and tips work properly, and the battery life has honestly been better than I expected. I don't find myself constantly needing to recharge it, which makes it much more convenient to keep on the bathroom counter and use consistently. It also feels well made and does a fantastic job cleaning between the teeth and along the gumline. After using it regularly, my mouth just feels noticeably cleaner overall compared to standard floss alone. It's one of those products that quickly becomes part of your routine once you realize how effective and easy it is. It's also pretty quiet compared to the lower Waterpik model I used to use. One thing I'd tell people is that water flossing is especially useful around areas normal floss sometimes misses or doesn't clean as thoroughly, particularly near the gums or around tighter teeth. I still think regular floss has its place, but using a water flosser alongside it has made a very noticeable difference for me personally (I have two bridges and food gets stuck there easily which DOES NOT come out any other way than water flossing). Obviously this isn't some magical substitute for proper dental care, but as part of a good oral hygiene routine I think it's absolutely worth it. Very impressed with this model overall and definitely 5 stars from me.

An excellent product for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. If you find traditional string floss or floss picks difficult to use—especially when trying to reach the molars—this water flosser is a perfect alternative. It easily reaches all areas of the mouth, and the water flossing action effectively removes food particles trapped between the teeth and along the gum line. Additionally, it comes with multiple tip attachments to suit different needs, and the 360-degree rotating feature makes it extremely convenient to reach every tooth with ease. Very satisfied with this product.

The product worked well at first. I've taken very good care of it, used it twice a day, but it died in 3 months, almost to the day. The device developed a very loud noise when activated and the water pressure dropped significantly. I called the company and they are sending a replacement.

The only small downside is that the water tank is a bit on the smaller side, so you may need to refill it for a full, thorough clean. But for the convenience of it being cordless, that’s not a dealbreaker for me. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their oral care routine!

The rechargeable Waterpik works great and as intended. It’s is easy to use and the grips on the back of the handle help to stabilize while “piking”. The product itself came with 4 detachable tips but, I believe there are more if you’d like. The only thing I wish was a little more well designed is where the water is taken in the reservoir. It’s at the bottom, so if you don’t have a fully filled tank and tilt or turn the Pik, the water won’t flow out. Also, seems like it’d break if you dropped it on tile, but that’s just my opinion. Overall, great product and fully recommend for anyone who wants to better floss their teeth without string.

This is my second waterpick from the company that started it all. The first one was discarded after it could barely hold a charge. It worked well and I was told by my hygienist that my teeth has less build up. I tried third party versions and now just bought this one. While they all work for cleaning teeth, the Waterpik version is much better built all around, thus partially justifying the higher cost. I like the design of the ON/OFF button that it is easier than the competitors to find the switch by feel and turn it on and off by one hand. The third party versions usually requires pressing a button that is recessed which can be hard to find and press. While this has only two power settings, the "High" setting is just right. Anything with more powers can be dangerous in my opinion if the jet is accidentally pointed at a sensitive part of the face (or the eyes). So why not 5-star? It is the electronics which in many way looks like the old one I bought more than 5 years ago. In this time and day, a rechargeable unit that does not tell us how much juice remains and communicate its charging status when being plugged in is simply not acceptable at this price point in 2022. This unit also does not use Li-batteries and I do not know how long one charge can last. My third party versions tend to use Li-batteries that can be charged quickly, and easily hold the charge for well over 2-weeks when used once daily. Finally the charging on this unit is not wireless and there is no cover for the Charging port. For the latter one worries whether minerals deposit over time can impair charging efficiency. Update: I finally returned it. The battery technology is so behind the curve and it impacted how one can satisfactorily use this product. One full charge does not seem to last two weeks, and there is no way of knowing when the power is low. When the power is out, you cannot use it while plugged in so you have to skip the cleaning. While it is being charged, you don't know when it is full, and the charging is very slowly that can take more than over night, depending on how low the battery is. I estimate if the battery is completely depleted, which is case most of the time it needs charging because you only learn about this when it stops working, it can take a whole day to fully charge, if not, it won't last a week. This is the same issue I ran into with the first generation of Waterpik more than 4 years ago, and it hasn't been fixed. I am taking down one star.

This Waterpik water flosser works well. It is easy to fill with water and there are a few pik attachments to use. It takes a few uses to figure out how not to spray water all over yourself. But once you’ve used it a few times, you’ve figured that out. It is USB-C rechargeable.

Loses battery power after 2 years. I've enjoyed my Waterpik Cordless Pearl Rechargeable. I like that it had strong pressure, and the charge seemed to last for a week or so at a time. However, starting about 3 to 5 months ago, it does not seem to hold much of a charge. It now seems weaker even right after I unplug it from the charger. And significantly weaker within 24 hours, as if the battery is no longer holding the charge as well.

Worked well for about a month, now I leave it to charge overnight only to last for about 5 seconds and then die. Waiting for the seller to reply to my email.
