This is what I've been looking for! I have recently been diagnosed with some digestive issues and thought that tomato sauce would be off limits after a few bad experience with my usual brand. I then ran across Papa Vince. these are great sauces, they taste fresh and are easy on my digestion! I've not only used them on pasta but on chicken and pork chops.

I love the high quality ingredients in Papa Vince tomato sauce! You certainly can appreciate all the high quality ingredients used in this fabulous sauce when served over Papa Vince’s ancient grain pasta. I add sautéed garlic, sweet onions, and organic zucchini, and mushrooms to make this sauce even more delicious! I also love that it is made in small batches! I also love how very carefully packaged this Papa Vince arrived!

My all family loved it. It so nice to find genuine Sicilian products made with passion and good ingredients. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent due to my Gerd. But expensive. Learned I can do the same thing with a food mill but took me 1hr . I'll buy again to keep in a pinch gor recipe

I was recently diagnosed with ACID REFLUX I have been dying for pasta w/ sauce but I needed to avoid garlic and onions. I was stoked when I found this sauce. Unfortunately, to me, it tastes like straight up tomato paste. It is not thick at all, it had a nice sauce like texture no lumps but the taste was too tomatoey .

I made your recipe for the Bolognese Today with meat and onions. I had to add a little Marsala ....only because I like it in my sauce....it was so fresh tasting and I live next door to my Mama and Papa (I do all the cooking for both families as they are elderly and that’s just what we do as a family- labor of love) everyone loved it! I grated a little bit of fresh parmesan cheese on top and it really didn’t need it at all. Also added fresh basil and oregano from my herb garden. It was just so lovely and smooth...no acidity that was noticeable which was perfect as sometimes that bothers my Papa....but not tonight....I can’t imagine what you could do to improve upon it....indeed, it lived up to your description of it. I am anxious to try the ancient grain pastas. I have also order the balsamic vinegar and olive oil and am looking forward to its arrival. Is the lemon and orange marmalade very tart? Thank you for everything...the packaging was super and it made it to Hawaii with no problems at all! Christmas came early in your box of sauces.
