Luster Leaf MO1612 Biologic Soil pH Tester

Broke mine on first use, probe pushed into unit and detached wire from the probe. Based on the other reviews I'm sure it works fine. Make sure your soil is extra soupy before you try to use it

Used this to test the ph for a food plot. It worked great and was easy to use.

I’m an indoor/outdoor gardener. I know for a fact all soil is not PH at 7.0 once you start feeding your plants.Instructions say turn the meter on. Place the probe4-5 inches into the soil and wait a few minutes. I did exactly that. And after 3-5 minutes it still read 7.0 as if it were permanently. I removed the probe and placed it in another part of the soil and let the same thing happen I got a different reading.

The media could not be loaded.  Everywhere I tried this, the meter jumps to some pH lever for 1-2 seconds, then makes its way back to exactly 7.0. I tried it in areas that I know are acidic (under 7) and alkaline (over 7), and after a few seconds, it is back to 7.0.I took five different videos, but Amazon will only let me load one.I am returning.

I needed to know the ph of my garden and was happy to know this easy test was available and works.
