Brilliant for real camp cooking
I've got stoves coming out of my ears. That's why they call me "Stove Ears". I've stoves that are good for 'real' cooking (eg. simmering and frying) but are too heavy for bike-packing or back-packing. I've got stoves that are light-weight and ultra-lightweight but are only really good for boiling water. I've stoves that run on gas, liquid fuel, wood and so on but I've been hunting for ages for a gas stove that is light enough for back/bike- packing but allows you to cook real food, rather than dehydrated meals, and will still work in sub-zero temperatures and will keep its pressure down to the bottom of the gas cannister . . . and one that won't break the bank. This is the one. After buying some other Fire-Maple gear earlier in the year I decided to try this. I've now used it on three trips and it's my new "go-to" stove. it's not ultra-light, but it's light enough, it's stable, it is very well constructed and doesn't take up too-much room. It's not perfect BUT it is definitely a do-it-all stove. Very impressed with it, especially for the price. If you're tired of dehydrated meals, buy this.

Very good, could do with a storage box
The media could not be loaded. Good burner, quite light and quite small when packed away. Very good burning performance and flame adjustment. A bit gas hungry but I guess that's the price you pay for a pressure regulator with constant pressure and a MASSIVE burner head... as opposed to no regulator and a significant reduction in the flame as the canister cools. Not 100% on the physics of it all, might just be the large burner head. Good and stable, takes my 1.1l MSR pan and could go larger. Legs clip out into place. My main issue is the lack of a storage box which will probably be the thing which kills this! Will update if it breaks in the next year or at any point if it fails before I upgrade. Be curious to see how it performs come winter with an MSR canister (MSR make the best canisters fyi, don't bother with the ones on amazon unless it's warm out, go to wildbounds or something for gas). Also if you can afford it... and want a smaller one, the MSR pocket rocket deluxe is the best, pezio isn't the most reliable but the burner is bomber. Grab a canister stand as well if you go that route, makes it waaaay more stable.Peaaace!

Decent piece of equipment
have not had the chance to use this yet as the gas that I ordered did not arrive, looks and feels like a decent piece of equipment, seems light weight but am sure once I get some gas it will be fine.

The stove with the most controllable flame ever!
I love this stove. The highlight of this stove is that it has a regulator instead of just a valve. This means that you can adjust the flame from a peep to full on very accurately. This makes a big difference. The stove also has some protection against the wind with a lip around the flame area. It takes small to large pots and it does not tip over. Build quality is excellent and it folds up to a small package. A brilliant all round stove.

Lovely little burner
Works a treat, fairly gas hungry, but not that surprising considering how quickly it fills a hot air balloon, sorry I mean boils water! This in quicker than my jet boil!Folds down tiny, very stable, the lip on the burner reduces wind interference very effectively. No need for separate wind shield! The gearing on the ontrol screw could do with a touch more refinement, it took a while to get used to tweaking it to simmer, not just go out. Maybe I'm just too heavy handed, but it appears the first half turn goes from off to full burn and the remaining turns don't do anything. It took the attempts to get the flow right, after that I've learnt the trick and can go from full burn to gentle simmer easily. The lack of pre heat pipe means you can't invert cans, the flame really is unpredictably dangerous if you do! If this had a pre heat to deal with that it would be perfect.

Quality item
Very compact, easy to use and boils fast when required but also flame is controllable. Only used a few times so far but feels quality and will last a long time

Not sure what to make of it
Almost immediately as soon as I started using this it began to corrode terribly (stainless steel?) Have never gotten the stove wet or anything like that.Used it indoors a couple of times and noticed it leaks gas, even when not in use.The built in pot stand is okay, but not great. Couldn't get anything larger than a 1L pot to sit nicely on it.Also the cable is not long enough, imo. Had trouble with reach when set up with a folding wind shield.

Amaizing stove by any standard !
Over the years I have owned or used most of the better stoves on the market. My go to lighter weight stove being my Soto Windmaster, but I have an optimus polaris and a Soto stormbreaker among others. I wanted a remote canister stove with a regulator like the soto windmaster and the wind resistance of an inverted burner and had been looking at the new soto fusion. I stumbled across this Maple fire model rom China. I thought I'd give it a try. Tested in wind today on a hike and am gobsmacked at how good it is. The quality of materials and the finish are right up there with the best. The anodising on the regulator and control know are first class. The stove itself is made from stainless and copper and it is of excellent build quality with amaizing performance. It fits snuggly inside my 600ml snowpeak mug too. Can't recommend this highly enough. Simply amaized. Chinese products and brands have continuously improved in design and manufacturing quality and this stove demonstrates they can compete with the best.

BELLO MA CON MANCANZE IN CONFEZIONE.
RETTIFICATA IL 07/12/21(Acquistato in Black Friday)Il fornelletto, si presenta bene.Comodo, leggero e pratico. Pienamente soddisfatto.Bravi in Fire Maple!!!!Franco Botto

Compatto, stabile, potente e leggero!
