There is nothing to dislike about this pastry mat. This is my second purchase, the first one lasted almost four years and only got replaced because it looked a little worn, but still very much usable. I use the mat several times a week as I make my own bread and pastry. I bought a larger size this time and it is perfect for pasta making as well as my bread. The mat stays in place and keeps the work surface clean. Highly recommended. Excellent seller too.

The quality of the product stands out immediately. The printing is clear and the design to include conversions of measures is very well layed out. The mat is quite thick so edges won't fray overtime. Rolls neatly and with the supplied fastener it takes up very little cupboard space. The spatula also looks to be made from high grade materials and is very sturdy. A quality product at a fair price.

Very, very pleased with this baking sheet. I used it today for rolling out pastry which was far too sticky and the mat worked a treat. It was far easier to clean up afterwards than usual, just picked up the mat and tipped the flour straight into the bin and the mat wiped clean easily. I dried it hung over the oven handle which is also quick and easy because the stickiness kept it in place as it dried. Altogether a really good buy. I haven't tried it in the oven yet as I am not used to silicone.

This gives me a large surface for baking purposes. So far have used for pizza dough, doesn't slip at all. Very easy to clean and rolls up for storage. Helpful circles, measurement guides and conversion charts printed on the mat and a plastic cutter also provided. Instructions warn you not to use a knife, but plastic cutter works very well.

My husband had just started baking bread , this is helping contain the mess brilliantly and protects our wooden worktops 👍

I wanted this mat for kneading my bread and it really is brilliant - the perfect size and absolutely non-stick, makes it so easy to knead your bread without having to put down any flour to avoid stickiness. The dough is still sticky feeling to start with of course, but the mat means it'll only stick to your hands!Very easy to clean although a bit of a pain that you have to dry it flat beneath a couple of teatowels, but that's fine. Rolls up tidy for storage and comes with a soft and chunky elastic to hold it in a roll that looks like one of those seam free pony tail bands.Very happy, happy to recommend.

Essential for any kitchen, great product and will make cleaning up so much easier.
