Easy to install and looks great! The gold matches our kitchen handles. The paint is high quality so it won’t scratch or chip. The pull down hose fits very secure and does not hang freely. Overall we really like the upgrade to this faucet.

First off, this was super easy to install. You need a screw driver and a crescent wrench.I ordered a new sink and faucet. Got both and didn’t like the faucet. Then found this one and ordered it. I was impatient and installed the sink on Sunday and went to Home Depot and bought a $300 kohler stainless steel. I love the magnetic feature of it but it didn’t have the pull down feature like this one. I got this one in the mail today (matte black/black stainless).The kids and I opened the box up and instantly were all excited. We loved the look of this. Quickly we new this was going to be the one for our new sink. It is a black stainless steel sink and this matches and looks perfect. The spray is great and has enough pressure, has the quick thumb shut off and can pull the nozzle down and use it in all directions and for all needs.All in all, 5/5 stars!

I love this faucet! It cost a little more than others, but will last longer than others. It’s pretty and durable. Easy to use.

Purchased and installed the faucet in 2021. Loved it! Then after about a year it started to "malfunction"in various ways with flow issues. I called customer service and was told that the faucet was still under warranty and a replacement head would be sent out asap but that they were currently back ordered. I was supposed to receive a replacement a month ago. Attempted calling Kraus today and you can now only leave a message or email them. I thought Kraus was a respected company. Apparently not. Will never purchase another product from them again. Faucet and customer service are subpar.Update on 1-4-24Received a replacement part and my faucet is again working great. Customer service did a 180 and became very responsive. LOVE this faucet. Would rate everything 5+ stars except for my initial bad experience with customer service.

Overall I liked the design of faucet, but ended up returning due to the fact that the water connections would never stop leaking. In my opinion, it is due to poor design- not sure why Kraus thought that using a connection with a flat filter washer wouldn't end up having problems with the standard plumbing kitchen water valve. Every other connection I've ever seen fits down inside the valve, to help seal and protect the integrity of the washer. The connections on this faucet are just flat, with a screened filter washer that deforms if you try to tighten it down all the way, and leaks, and if you tighten it down just enough to stop the washer from deforming, it still leaks. Returned and bought a different brand faucet, with standard connections, where the engineers weren't trying to build a better mouse trap. Another note- with those screened filter washers at the valve, any time they get clogged or get sediment in them, you'll have to crawl under the sink and undo the water line, instead of just taking off the sprayer head to clean the screen in there, like most other faucets have. Kraus needs to stop trying to be different, and just make their products work right.

I really like Kraus products, and this faucet is no exception. It works well and looks great. However, the filter faucet line sticks straight out from the faucet on the pull line. So when you use the faucet’s pull down feature the filter line will hit some anything in its way under the sink. I’ve had the filtered water leak more than once until I put in a 90 degree elbow for the filtered water line and fastened it as shown in my picture. Angling the filtered water line up gets the line out of the way of everything else and I hope Krause includes these parts in the future.I got the 90 degree elbow at Lowe’s. The part is called a 1/4 inch OD push-to-connect 90-degree elbow by SharkBite. Cut a short length of the filter line for the connection into the faucet and hold back the filter line with something like a zip-tie.

Been 2 months now but it is a great faucet. We love how it decorated our kitchen.This is not shining gold, it is brushed and more towards champagne.Very sturdy

We purchased this faucet along with a Kraus sink. The faucet lasted 10 months and then the water wouldn't shut off when you turned the lever. It took 3 weeks of dealing with Kraus to get a replacement. You cannot replace the cartridge's on this like you can with other brands the whole flippin faucet has to be replaced. We've now had this installed 2 months and it broke again. Only way to shut off the water is from under the sink. We are upset and fed up and customer service isn't open on the weekends. I'm sure it will be another 3 weeks before the part arrives then we have to replace the whole faucet again. I do not recommend this faucet at all.

I love love love this tap. It was super easy to install, my husband did it by himself in 30 minutes. It looks amazing and works amazing, it’s pricey but worth the money 100%. Highly recommend

Installed as directions outlined without surprises. Comes with 2 flow rate limit options. Nozzle has stream or spread options as expected. Sturdy construction and paint doesn't chip easily (dropped it on tile floor. No marks)
