Solid support for the gym, less so all day
Use them for heavy pressing days and they do exactly what I want, that bit of extra wrist stability without going full powerlifting wraps. Velcro's strong and the pad lines up nicely with the wrist crease. Pair for the price is good value. I tried wearing one all day for a touch of carpal tunnel discomfort and they're a bit too rigid for that. Fine for short bursts, less comfortable for hours. For training purposes though, no complaints.

Cold weather means my arthritis in my wrists starts getting painful, I do diamond art as my hobby with being disabled it keeps me happy and I enjoy it, so these wrist supports are amazing, it limits my pain and it’s comfortable while I’m doing my diamond art.
