These are effective and taste fine. I like that they don't have artificial sweeteners. They do contain lactose as a binding agent, but it's a very tiny amount. They dissolve much faster than other brands I've tried.

I swear by these. Easy to chew, swallow.. nice taste. Other Melatonins are chalky and crunchy and not pleasant at all. For me, they work.

It worked just fine, didn't wake groggy and fell asleep easily. What I didn't care for was the taste/flavor. I had mistakenly bought that vs a berry variety. I've not wanted to waste so it is fine if swallowed with a drink.
