Dishwasher connector tends to clog
Good product, and easy to install. However, there is a design flaw: I have a dishwasher, and the pipe where the dishwasher drain hose connects to the drain pipe has an internal deflector (to keep the dishwasher water from backing into the sink?). This deflector narrows the throat of the pipe, and my sink drain keeps clogging!

Best I've seen.
I don't know why the plumber chose a chrome-plated brass S trap for the bathroom sink. The zinc can leach into the drain water, rotting the brass until it crumbles. When mine crumbled, Amazon had a plastic one delivered within 36 hours. It seemed flimsy, but when I looked into it, I was pleased. It seems to be polypropylene. It doesn't need to be as thick as PVC because it's less brittle. It can't be painted or glued because almost nothing will stick. Maybe that will keep a trap free of gunk.I thought the included extension complicated the installation needlessly. I changed my mind when I went to insert the pipe into the floor connection. Pushing the extension in made the pair of pipes shorter so I could get them under the sink. Then I extended it to the height I needed. To avoid persistent leaks due to deformed pipe ends or washers, I left all the nuts a little loose so I could align one connection by turning or sliding another. When all looked well aligned, I turned the nuts hand tight. Then I put a coffee can under the trap. After 72 hours, the pipes and the can were still dry. Success! On the old brass trap, the bottom of the upper bend was 2.5” above the top of the bottom bend. That’s typical of S traps I’ve seen. Pulling the water out of the trap would require enough suction to lift the water 2.5”. The PlumbCraft trap is much taller. The bottom of the top bend is 5” above the top of the bottom bend. That means it would take twice as much suction to empty the trap.I’ve never seen a trap that went dry that way, but I have smelled sewer gas from unused showers, sinks, and toilets after evaporation dried traps. The PlumbCraft holds more water than others I’ve seen, so it would take longer to dry up from disuse. It would probably be similarly advantageous when installed as a P trap. I don't know why they all aren't made this way.

You still need to get another tailpiece if you don't have a dishwasher.
You also need the tailpiece gaskets (washers). If the dishwasher part was lower I could have cut that tail piece and used it. People also would likely have less issues with dishwasher clogging. I'm a little saucy that I still have to go to the hardware store after cleaning the old tailpiece because gaskets.

Easy to install
Previously had an S trap with a double bowl drop in. Thought I’d take the opportunity and plumb it properly. Decent quality and easily to install. The dishwasher inlet is not barbed and slightly oversized and may require some hutzpah to get it on.

Recommended for novice DIYer
If you know what you need, it's best to buy it at the local big box store. If you're a novice as I was, this kit will save you trips back to the store as it comes with 90% of what you need on a typical repair or replacement. I bought this to convert my sinks from a dead garbage disposal back to 2 regular sink setup with dishwasher drain attachment. We didn't feel the need to shell out 3-6 times as much to replace the compactor since we don't use it that much to begin with.Garbage disposal are convenient but requires weekly maintenance, or flushing with bleach or vinegar. It really requires training of all users in the house on how to properly use oneb and you'll end up using more water in order to keep your compactor and pipes clean to prevent smelling up your home or pay for fresheners to cover up the smell. After replacing most of the old pipes, i ended up with quite a few spare parts that I didn't need since I needed to install it using the dishwasher tail piece. This configuration is the same as the garbage disposable configuration, wide u shape. If I knew that before buying, I would have bought what I needed at the local store for half the price. If you don't have to connect the dishwasher drain, then you can go with the Y configuration as shown in the picture samples. You'll need a few odd and end items as other reviewer has stated if your starting from scratch.1 star deducted as the parts could have been packaged better by using one large inner sealed bag to keep the parts together but parts were all dumped into one flimsy box. Pipe construction/quality is basically the same as the local stores. The kit is well worth a 20 dollar learning experience and I accomplish my goal.

I still went to Home Depot and Lowes 5 times
I spent 9 hours installing my garbage disposal. Half of that time was spent going to Home Depot (3x) and Lowes (2x) for stuff that wasn't included. In case you didn't already know the pipes in this kit are 1.5" while the PVC pipes at Home Depot and Lowes that say they are 1.5" are actually 1 7/8 inch inner diameter. They don't mix. The main missing piece was the long horizontal pipe. The kit had one that was about 7 inches too short. The pipes that you want are in a totally different place in the store and in plastic bags as mini kits. Actually for me I needed stuff from both areas of the store. The pipe going into the wall is a big pipe about 2 inches. It was glued to a 90° elbow. I had to hack saw it off. Then it was too short. I ended up using a large trap from the pvc section of the store along with an adapter to get down to the true 1.5 inch pipes. I give this 4 stars because of the price and there were several pieces that I used. Having never done this it was nice to have stuff to get started.

Works
These are lightweight materials but (in the end) they can do the job. Enough parts for double sink including cutting some to match my setup and one mistake on my part. Hope to get at least several years from them. I found everything needs to be "perfectly aligned" to work properly and this is more difficult due to their lighter construction. But once the allignment is properly done, so far, working perfectly with no drips. Do not over tighten. Maybe not for someone with no plumbing experience.

Had a leaking drain under my sink, this kit fixed it up very fast.
Having bought this at Home Depot in the US, now that I live in Canada, this item is hard to come by here. I am glad I found this on Amazon and could have it shipped here in a few days. When I used this, both in the past and now, this kit makes it really easy to assemble a combination of ways for your double-bowl sinks to drain. It comes with parts so your sinks can drain to the centre or either side, it has options for a dishwasher attachment, and it comes with almost everything you will need to connect up your sink in a short time. The only think I needed to purchase extra is a connector to hook up this kit to my existing drain pipe. In my case, I live in a really old house, so the pipes are not standard size like most modern houses, so a rubber coupler was an easy fix for this. More modern houses will make an addition parts purchase unnecessary. Please check how your house drain is, before getting this, so you can make sure to also buy the right connector if you need it.All in all, my old metal drains were falling apart and with this kit, they look new and fit very firmly. There's almost no wiggle or play in the pipes. I like that they fit snug. These are so simple to put in, you really don't even need a plumber, if you understand what you're doing.

Fixed my issues with little issues while fixing
had to play around a bit but they fixed my broken sink , well these and new drains actually put in the sink. Happy to pay under $40 for what would have been well over $200 with a plumber...again i bought two new drains as well.Only bad side is they are very very white and i am used to seeing dark in the drain so the white is a little off putting but not worse than the disgusting wet mess that I used to have.
