Not surgical steel, doesn't do the job.
This product is a waste of money. I thought I was saving myself a lot of dough not having to go to a professional piercer, but this thing is unpredictable in where it pierces and isn't worth the pain. The earrings that came with it rotted my ear, it's NOT surgical steel. It's plated garbage. Just go to a professional, take my word for it.

Super easy to use
I had my lobe and helix pierced last week. I disinfected both the stud and the gun itself multiple times before and have been disinfecting my ears at least once a day since then.No infections or complications. I recommend :)

Nothing is sterile
I would not recommend does not hold earring properly flops around cannot make a straight hole nothing is sterilized

Limited accuracy
Thé stud is a bit loose in the gun and does therefore not allow for 100% accuracy. After many trials I didn’t use it for my daughter but order instead another product.
