We received our product fast it was what described . But it was the wrong item no fault of there's. I thought it was bigger but it did work but it was the wrong one oops we all order at times . But if it could of worked for me I would of kept it nice quality and fits its purpose . So if a person needs a small one this is perfect . Great Job and again very fast getting my item . The one I ordered to replace it does not even work it was cracked when we opened the box and we plugged it in and it would not even come on and it cost big bucks . Oh boy did I go thru crap to get this issue fixed. Unreal we was excited to get it got to have our coffee before we seen the cracked part well it would not come om. So we called to try to trouble shoot well it was broke from jump so again I was disappointed . So we found one at Walmart and got works great . But the issue is that when I called to talk about it because when I went to do a return they only was going to give me parcel credit on a product that was broken and would not even come on I'm like ok I habe a broken product and I have to pay half of it anyway . Well that was it . It took me 4 phone calls several pictures to just get my refund and they said we do not except returns on this product well if is does not work we can not use it . So I got them to finally send Me a label.to return it after all it never did even turn on so we got a faulty product it happens but stand behind you 3rd party sellers make it right I was not asking for it free it broken . Or a free replacement . I could not wait 2 more days so I bought the same one at Walmart. So they shipped me a 3rd one from Amazon that I did not even order and now i have to deal with a product I did not even reorder .i hit options just put my refund back on my card instead they sent me a replacement I did not ask for . So I wrnt thru a big Hassel to get it canceled well it still came so I have to send it back just to get a refund for the first broken one . So watch this they will just op to replace it even if you don't want it replaced ok thank you . I love amazon never have I had this issue but it has been the biggest Hassel just to get a refund for a faulty product . So next time I'll check on who and what I order from this company . Who ever I talked to really told me a still be charged for something I sent back never used like I can help it waa broke cracked and would not even come on so it was im.sure a return and did not get noticed and just passed on

I've only had this coffee maker for 1 1/2 months but so far it works great. I love the water reservoir. you fill it once in the morning and it makes about 4 - 10oz cups for me. it brews in less than 2 minutes and the coffee comes out hot. I hope it continues to work well for some decent amount of time. it is also very easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee.

1st review.. 1 star: I got this Keurig shortly before Christmas and used it about 4 times a week. Well, after a few weeks of not using it, I wanted coffee this morning and it DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!!! It's only been 6 months. DO NOT BUY!!! This is the reason I don't rush to write reviews. YES, it worked perfectly fine in the beginning, and I would have given it 5 stars at that time. My mind is like, "Let's see how great it is in a year." AGAIN... 6 months and it's dead!!! I will not recommend this to anyone. Keurig... I expected more.UPDATE: Keurig sent me another one, and it's been going strong thus far. Surely, you noticed that I was a bit angry when I was expecting my coffee at that time. 😁 Well, I bumped them up to 4 stars, because I actually love this thing; it's so convenient. But if this one stops working in a short time frame, I'll let you know.

WONDERFUL KEURIG!!!! Smaller than my old keurig, but holds as much water in reserve as the old one! It offers 1 cup at desired ounces but with the reservoir’s water supply, you can make additional cups ASAP. LOVE THIS KEURIG!!!!!

Totally worth it!!!! Note the photos, this is replacing our not so old but original design coffee maker. Our current old Keurig we got in 2022 still works fine that replaced our 2009 model that had a few issues, but also still worked…. Kinda lol😅. I’ve been wanting a more compact model to fit our small kitchen. I did a photo to show the comparison in size between the two for those of you who struggle as I do in making decisions lol 🤣 The Prime Day price point was inspiring! Absolutely no regrets and our old one will get it put away for if and when it’s needed in an emergency. Had an awesome stronger( with the new optional button), hotter, larger cup to start the day and a very sweet ‘I love you honey’ for the surprise new machine. My very practical wife said the old one worked just fine and we didn’t need it has had a change of heart! The water reservoir design is much easier to put in place and the strong brew feature totally works. Great job Keurig!

I wish I would have gotten this a lot sooner. I've been dealing with my huge Keurig that is enormous and takes up as much space as my air fryer on my kitchen counter. Sadly, that one finally gave up the ghost. This little guy is freaking awesome and will make at least 4 cups of coffee in the morning on 1 reservoir. I like the black color, but wish I would have been more daring with a red or blue one, but my kitchen isn't cool like that. The coffee was quick this morning, it was just what I wanted. This little thing takes up about 1/3 of the space that my other coffee maker did. I love it. It's so cute. It's easy to use, quiet, and I think it's actually more durable than the big fancy Keurig I had with the LED screen.
