relatively how big are they?

I would recommend using a ruler to get an idea. Depending on supply, the size changes. According to Amazon I purchased these, but mine were 7.6cm and I think you're asking about 4.3cm? That's less than 2in and mine were about 3in.

is this ada compliant

I would think yes as long as it was placed where anyone could use it.

Does the hand dryer have to be vented?

No, it does not need to be vented. It simply hangs on the wall.

Works Fantastic

Works fantastic! Its simple, quiet and installation is really easy. Has a hot function that you can turn on and off. Don't be fooled by the picture the cover is plastic and not metal. For the price its perfect.
