Silica is very good for nerves, fingernails, hair and overall well being. I used to take this quite a while ago and Boy Am I Glad I went back to it. It is well worth the $25.00

Mysteriously smells/tastes like chocolate to me but anyway. I notice a huge difference with my hair and nails when taking this! My hair feels firmly rooted into my scalp. I have to cut my nails one a week. Great value too there are a lot of pills and I only take one a day!

I was always getting my nails done, trying to fit in appointments, trying to find decent reviews for someone when out of town. And I just hated soaking in toxic acetone to remove old gels. So I took them off and began this product along with biotin (don't forget a high quality multi), used Nailtiques 2 (don't overuse...just first couple of months), did coconut oil and gloves every night before bed and really tried to keep on until morning which my husband was not crazy about. But now I could actually go without polish (only use Butter or Opi Greens for nail health) if I needed to as my nails are strong and healthy. And these vitamins are great for skin, hair, and connective tissue in general so why not...and I am saving big dollars and time not going to salons anymore especially happy I do not have to breathe the acrylics that are going on there. Simple is freeing as well as healthy!

Follow up- I promised I would follow up and I'm liking this product more and have started to see a difference now. Good Stuff!!! ok so far, but I wonder how much product is in the actual pill. I have tried other silica pills and noticed my nail get stronger much sooner. I wonder if what they say is BS? I do believe in silica and I definitely want to find a good supplier of a well crafter organic product that not just extract, but I wonder if this one is mostly filler, because I'm not seeing a difference as quickly as others I have used. I'm still open minded here and I may follow up on this post if things change but now I'm not feeling great about the quality so far. maybe the manufacturer want's to respond to this post?
