Half full inks, according to my printer and the couldn't get the black to be printer recognised

I am utterly disgusted by how fast this ink gets used up. Having just installed the 3 colour cartridges and printed 14 7x5 photos,the cartridges look almost empty (see my photo). I estimate that each photo has cost over £1 to print. Absolutely shocking!As I've just bought the printer to replace a previous Epson one of 5 years+ that ran on aftermarket cartridges, it's disgusting that Epson have blocked third party cartridges from working with this. I bought some initially for it, however they weren't recognised,so I had to buy these. If I wanted to buy the XL ones, I'd be looking at around £90 (3 times the price of the printer).Shame on you Epson.Update: since taking the screenshot in my review, despite the printer not being used, it's now dropped to almost empty on the magenta and has a warning triangle on it. I really cannot begin to say how disappointed I am with these genuine cartridges.

Like a previous reviewer, you pay a lot for very little. Exceptionally poor value for the money you pay and barely printed off 50 pages before running out. I can't even print in black and white as the settings on my Epson printer can't be overidden. Getting rid of the printer and buying a new model. It'll save me a packet in the long-run.

Possiedo una stampante Epson Workforce WF 2810, pagata 76 euro......le quattro cartucce di ricambio originali XL (perchè le normali durano pochissimo) costano come, se non più, dell'intera stampante !!! Una situazione assurda che costringe l'utente a rivolgersi a cartucce alternative , anche se non vorrebbe.....tanto, anche se gli inchiostri di concorrenza ti rovinano la macchina, cambiarla ti costa quanto un cambio di cartucce originali !E' come comperare un'auto nuova a mille euro e la benzina (solo di quella marca ) a 100 euro al litro.Per questo dò una sola stella, per il solo fatto di sentirmi preso in giro da Epson ! (ma anche le altre marche di stampanti si arrangiano bene in merito...)Amazon veloce ed affidabile come al solito, corriere parente di Speedy Gonzales perchè, pur sapendoci a casa ed in giardino (causa coronavirus, come tutti), non ha neanche suonato il campanello ed ha lanciato il pacco in giardino ...e via !!!! Per caso ho letto su internet che il pacco era arrivato col lancio, faccio un giro e vicino al cancelletto lo trovo per terra.....grazie eh !!!!! E' da un pò che alcuni corrieri si comportano per le consegne da così a peggio, non tutti.Emilio Ceccantini

I actually thought my printer has had some sort of malfunction! After 7 colour pages (text not images) and maybe twenty b&w the cartridges were empty!! That makes it more than £1 per page.
