The remote controller didn't work. Contacted with the manufacturer support in Hong Kong. They insisted to let us to fix the problems by ourselves. After we tried many times with all kinds ways to fix it, it still didn't work. Finally we found that blue tooth in the controller could not connect to the box because of the defect controller. See attached screen print. We tried many time to re-connect the blue tooth but failed. The blue tooth connection in controller was not stable. It was connected only a few minutes then automatically disconnected to let the controller lost the connection with the box. We strongly asked to get a new controller but the customer support from the factory refused. In its warranty paper, it states one year warranty with phone number. We called many times with its support phone number and nobody answered the phone and even there was no way to to leave an voice message. The only way to communicate with the support was email but it had a very poor support. We are so tired on this support. We never saw this kind of poor customer support service. It was very, very bad factory customer support. I never buy it again. They just lie to customers.

I've tried to use it almost a month. I think it's not as fast as expected! Although, it has many classic game functions however it's too many games cannot run effectively! Also, there're live broadcasts, movies, and episodes, which specify basic functions. I still feel cheated, the price is compared with other tv boxes, it's the most expensive and not worth it at all. In my opinion, I absolutely dislike and it's not recommended this product!

The product arrived less than 24 hrs. It was scheduled for one to two weeks delivery. The TV box is outstanding good with crisp picture. The remote control is slick and simplified design for easier operation. The initial set up is by far the easiest to follow. Once it is powered, the operation is smooth and fast; Between different program switch, no delay in transition. The wi-fi is automatically attached. Overall, I think it is the best product for its kind. On top the seller deserves applause for outstanding fast service.

Summary:-----* video audio qualities are average - you get what you pay for, just appreciate that there are no monthly premiums that will bank rupt you in the long runs* consumes bursts of 35Kbps down stream / 15k upstream (not sure why there is that much up-stream) per TV box* I got this for my parents bedroom/living room as they are old seniors now, moving around for them with medical treatment is inconvenient.* Proprietary Android OS, you are limited to what you can do with this box as far as APP install goes similar to how you would be if you have FireTV stick, this you might have little more freedom with outjail breaking anything (in my opinion).Pros:-----* built in proprietary VPN client, this is auto-start for privacy of content accross the country regions* Chinese/HongKong/Taiwan/Jap/US* Lots of titles from movies to soap operas* US British titles are in English audio (some may include sub-titles)* Not sure about older versrion TV boxes, but this version 9 you can install some google apps like Amazon Prime, IMDB, Tubi, etc.* USB Wireless Mouse (tested on Logitech Mx Master 3)Cons:-----* USB Wireless Keyboard (tested on Logitech G915), some keys do not work.* every version of this box seems to have USB Keyboard problem, If you have a wireless USB Keyboard/Mouse setup for this, you will find that F-Key does not work* horrible User Interface design - translation of menu buttons are horrible but you can guess your way through* cannot search using wild card phrases meaning if you don't spell the titles correctly in English it will NOT find it for you (assuming it is available).

Didn’t work, just got a blue screen when hooked up. Tried everything. They attempted to “make it right” when I returned it by sending me another one, which I was willing to try. However, when I received the second product, I realized it was the same exact one that I returned. I could tell because of the way I rewrapped the cords and put the items in the bag within the box. With that being said, I couldn’t even give it another try. So I returned it again. Maybe others will have better luck, but I was very hopeful that it was going to be a simple plug and play.

The remote control unit (white) is a great leap forward compared to previous versions. It is handy, much simpler and easier to control.

Good box as expected. Smooth streaming including TVs and movies. Just a little breakings on NHK.

Very satisfied with the quality of the product.
