Picks up cat hair, cat litter, and long hair.
I purchased the N1 plus and have had it for about 2 months now with no issues. The initial WiFi and app setup was tricky, I tried connecting 5 times until it finally connected but not sure what made it decide to connect on the final try. I clean the main brush and side brushes every other week mainly of my hair and dust. It picks up cat litter with ease and transitions from tile to low-pile rugs with no problem. It will self-map on the first use which is super convenient, I set it to total cleaning of about 450sqft, and it's done in 18min with 83% battery left. The self-empty feature is really loud but worth the noise I had yet needed to change the dust bag. My favorite feature of all is the Zone Cleaning, you can select a specific area to be vacuumed and have a second pass over high-traffic areas, especially where cat litter is tracked!

Spent more time working on the vacuum than it spent cleaning and now it's broken
For reference, we also have a Roborock that we love. Bought this for the more basic price, expecting more basic functionality. Oops. It has been getting caught on the smallest, most random things that the Roborock wouldn't get caught on. I have to do so much prep work to get it run a full cycle it has been exhausting. And then it got itself clogged but didn't alert me. When I removed the dustbin to find out why it wasn't cleaning, the overfill went into the fan area that is immediately adjacent and now the vacuum will not work. It literally completed only one household vacuum successfully meanwhile it failed to complete over a dozen and now doesn't work. I should have just bought a manual vacuum for the amount of time I spent fussing with this.

Great obstacle aversion
I have had Roombas for the past few years that cost significantly more than this but am happier with this product than I ever was with the Roomba. I like how it vacuums the room in a uniform way without getting lost or continually stuck like my Roomba did. This vacuum does an excellent job of sensing obstacles and going around and when you have kids that is an awesome feature.

Shuts down, Goes offline.
Had it scheduled to go Twice a week, but sometimes we didn't need it to go as planned. Bought it December 2021. Now it powers off and goes offline, after a short distance and will not power on till it gets on the charger.

Impressive Mapping, Self-Emptying Crazy Loud
I really like this robot vacuum. The software with the Lidar navigation is really impressive. We've had a number of robot vacuums and this is the first one that seems to easily and quickly create accurate maps of the environment. I also love that the software updates on the fly so you can see it create the maps in the app and also see exactly where the robot is at any time. This is a stark contrast to the Roombas where you can only see the maps after the robot docks and has time to update the map. A really great side effect is that if the robot gets stuck, you don't have to spend time looking for it. The map will show you exactly where it is in the room.My biggest criticism of the N2 has to do with the Self-Emptying docking station. First of all, the self-emptying is super crazy loud. While the robot itself is really quiet and could easily run at night. The vacuum that empties the robot is really really loud. I'm not sure how to describe it but it really sounds like a jet taking off. If you were trying to talk while it is emptying you would have to yell. If we used it at night the noise would definitely wake up everyone in the house. This one issue makes it so we cannot use the robot on a schedule since we don't want the extremely loud noise. The other issue with self-emptying is that the self-emptying frequently gets clogged. More accurately, it gets clogged on the robot side and the robot needs to be emptied by hand. The issue is that the robot has the ability to pick up debris that is larger than the hole that the debris is removed from and it causes a clog. If your robot is just cleaning up dust and dirt it won't be an issue. Our robot seems to be constantly picking up small pieces of paper or random things that cause the robot to not be able to empty automatically.Overall I'm very happy with the "Neabot N2 Robot Vacuum with Self-Emptying, Wi-Fi Connected, Compatible with Alexa, Lidar Navigation, Sweep, Mop & Vacuum 3 in 1 Robot Vacuum Cleaner, Carpet & Hard Floor, Ideal for Pet Hair, Carpets". If it weren't for the issues with the self-emptying I would gladly give it 5-stars.

Too much trouble to set up
It seems like this could be a good idea but really it's a lot of work to set up and maintain compared to a vacuum cleaner. We got it for my mom and gave up after a while.

DO NOT BUY. IT IS A SCAM TO SELL FAULTY PRODUCT.
Battery did not charge at all. Why send the product if faulty. That means it is a scam in retrieving money and then not following through with the return process. Pick up courier are a nightmare. BIG LIARS. They disconnect calls when I ask them to repeatedly come and pick up the faulty product. NEVER GO FOR THIS PRODUCT OR ANY ELECTRONICS FROM AMAZON.
