The tablets are quite chunky but can I break it into 2 parts before consumption. But good quality.

I've been taking these tablets for 6mths they are brilliant for me . I cycle a lot for work and take 2 of these every morning before I set off . After the first week I could tell the difference , more energy in my legs making hill climbing on the bike a lot easier , my whole body felt different and I felt more energised to go further when cycling on my days off . For me they are easy to swallow with water and I take 2 water bottles with me on my travels. I have just ordered some more after having a bad couple of years , I'm now 60 and looking forward to cycling again and I know these tablets work for me when I am out and about on the bike. Would definitely recommend.

Did these tablets do me any good? Difficult to say but they certainly didn’t do me any harm - used them as part of my daily exercise routine 👍

Testé et approuvé lors de séances intensives d’escalade ! J’ai utilisé ces BCAA (2000 mg – 2:1:1) pendant une phase d’entraînement particulièrement exigeante, avec plusieurs jours d’escalade à haute intensité, et j’ai vraiment senti la différence au niveau de la récupération musculaire. Moins de courbatures, une meilleure récupération entre les sessions, et un vrai coup de pouce pour enchaîner sans trop tirer sur la machine. Je pense que la présence de vitamines B est un vrai plus l’énergie globale. Seul petit bémol : la taille des comprimés, assez grosse, qui pourrait gêner certaines personnes. Mais pour ma part, c’est un détail. Je recommande sans hésiter aux sportifs qui enchaînent les efforts !

Ich nutze die BCAA-Kapseln/Pulver nun seit einigen Wochen regelmäßig vor und nach dem Training und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Einnahme ist unkompliziert, die Verträglichkeit top und der Geschmack (falls Pulver) angenehm. Meine Erfahrung: Ich habe mehr Durchhaltevermögen bei intensiven Einheiten und gleichzeitig das Gefühl, dass die Regeneration schneller läuft. Muskelkater fällt spürbar geringer aus. Gerade im Kraftsport merke ich, dass ich konstanter trainieren kann. Preis-Leistung passt ebenfalls, die Qualität wirkt hochwertig und ohne unnötige Zusätze. Für Sportler, die das Maximum aus ihrem Training herausholen wollen, eine klare Empfehlung.
