Overwhelmed By My Blessings: Encouragement For Moms

I've really been enjoying this devo on the YouVersion App, so I purchased the book. I was a little disappointed that the scriptures are not printed in full, but only the reference. However, the contend of each devotional is really thought provoking and the follow up questions are also helpful.

Love this devotional. Really glad Robin ended up publishing it. If you are a mum, this will encourage you.

If you can manage to find a weekend to sit down, you can read this whole book! You will not want to put it down once you start reading it. Robin is an amazing and inspirational mother and servant to the Lord. She puts herself out there and shares details about motherhood that we have all gone through and thought we were alone in it all. As I read through I am constantly saying "Oh my gosh, me too!" She shares wisdom that all of us mothers can use and helps you to not feel alone in this journey called motherhood (even though we are always surrounded by little humans!) If you like Lysa TerKeurst, you will LOVE Robin Meadows. No bias here either, I have met them both and love them both as women of God and inspirational writers.

There are many moms out there that feel this way. I cried so hard after reading one chapter because I could swear this was my life just a few days prior. I was reading my life in this book, which means I am not the only one who goes through these hard times as moms and we are real hard on ourselves when we do fall short and loose our cool. But this is refreshing to read, I am not alone in this!

I loved the YouVersion daily devotional Overwhelmed By My Blessings so much, I had to buy a physical copy! I want to be able to place it in the hands of a struggling mother and then refer her to the other parts available on YouVersion. I hope she prints all the other parts also!
