Love the designs and the affirmations.

I love this book. I dislike this type of book when the whole background around the quote just looks like a big jumble of swirls & other nonsense. That is NOT a relaxing coloring experience for me. This one has some background art to color but nothing outrageous & tedious. I looked through tons of these "quote" books but most of them were the kind I don't like. If you want a simple book with a small amount of background art to color, this one is for you. I hope I can find another one like this.

The Good Vibes only coloring book includes 50 nice quality pages with high resolution designs which are printed on one side for those who prefer gel pens, markers and other bleed through instruments. Nice for gift giving or to keep and yes, coloring does help with stress and anxiety for people of all ages.
