4 Inch SDS Plus Floor Scraper Tool Kit, Removes Thinset & Adhesives, Works with SDS-Plus Rotary Hammer (4" x 10") Tool, Extra Blade and Bolts

I recently used this to remove tile and thinset on a condo remodel job. It worked great. I used my small Milwaukee SDS plus rotohammer and everything came up fairly easy and fast. It was about 250 sq ft of tile and a single blade held up great.

Having been doing my own tile work for the first time, I was bound to make a few mistakes. Because of those mistakes, I would have to pull up some tiles that I did not prep correctly, or apply the thinset properly. Popping up the tile was easy, but I was left with the task of getting the hard thinset all cleaned up. Attaching this to an sds plus rotary hammer on hammer only mode made light work of this task. I could clean up an entire tiles worth of thinset in under a minute. The width on this blade is 4 inches, so there is plenty of coverage per pass. It was nice to see that there was plenty of blue loctite on the bolts to help prevent them from coming off randomly (I took one off to double check). Grade 8.8 bolts were used on the top, so hopefully those last a long time. So far I have used this on over 40 tiles and haven't had a single issue so far.Pros: - 4 inch blade diameter - All 3 bolts have loctite applied - 10in overall length which helps with having the rotary hammer closer to your body - Blade is thick enough to prevent bending/warpingCons: - none yet

Works great for small areas. I don’t recommend this for a big tear out. I would get the sds max 6” blade if you have a big job to tear out. This is perfect for laundry rooms, bathrooms, and other small areas like that IMO. The quality of the product is pretty good for the price and even came with extra bolts with the extra blade which is a huge bonus cause those can easily break at times!!!

Bought this to remove tile and a layer of linoleum flooring, Fit my jack hammer perfect and made the job a lot easier! The only issue was that the nuts and bolts kept coming loose. I would recommend.

Remove debris from concrete with ease. Old flooring, adhesive. Perfect for the DIY person.

I used this tool on a bosch hammer drill to remove some very old vinyl glued on flooring that was two layers thick, I used this tool used with my hammer drill made it so easy and quick. I was skeptical about the brand and decided to try it, compared to the other name brands out there I think I'll give it a "10"
