Good idea....
Works fantastic, like it very much.... runs both my DOD front n back cams in my car. The best part is when parking my car n my cams go into a sleep mode until they wake up from movement our vehicle is touched. The switch is a nice feature when my car safely in the garage.The kit was very easy to install. Took me 10 min and everything worked out.

Neat installation without cigarette lighter plug.
Would have preferred an option harness without the lighter plug, Had to cut and modify mine. Wires were long enough to go from center of windshield (Chevy Impala) to fuse block to supply power. Be careful camera does not run on 12vdc, voltage is stepped down via harness kit.
